Once arrived at Confluencia you will be able to hydrate with cold or warm drinks. After a rest the group will set up tents to spend the night. There will be time to walk around and enjoy the nearby area.

This area, full of plains and huge slopes, is very exposed to the wind.  Sun exposure is also an important factor to consider.  Each person will walk carrying a small backpack. The guides will inform you on what items to bring with you, but essentials include water, sunblock, a jacket and sandals to cross streams of water.

Note: This itinerary should be viewed as a reference. The guides will do everything in their power to follow it as detailed, but situations could present themselves during an expedition of such altitude that force them to make changes.  We ask that you please stay flexible in the case that the guides are forced to do so.
